• Tempranillo
 
 

It is given this name because it is an early-harvested grape . It is a red variety with a long tradition in Navarre, and lends itself well to maturation according to the crianza method. The wines produced in this manner have moderate fruit acidity and present a good aromatic perspective. With an intense colour, it is a good base for mixes and the alcohol content of its must is between 12 and 13 degrees.

 
 
• Garnacha

This grape produces a must with a fairly high alcohol content , low acidity, substantial dryness (it is rich in sugar) and with limited conservation properties, as it oxidizes easily.

Its wines are pleasant and are widely accepted when they are young. Garnacha is the best kind of grape for producing rosé wines and is considered a variety that improves "coupages".

 
• Cabernet Sauvignon
 

This red variety of French origin has gained great acceptance due to its favourable characteristics that make it apt for aging in cask . It produces wine with a notable varietal flavour, good acidity, good aroma and an excellent balance.

 
• Merlot
           

This variety is also native to Medoc (France). In its production, it may be mixed with other red varieties. "Coupage" with cabernet sauvignon gives it variety, flexibility and lightness. Whether produced on its own or mixed, it may be aged in cask.

 
• Viura
 

This is a variety of white grape that is used to produce varietal wines. It produce s abundant must, with a sweet and sour flavour and high alcohol content. It is excellent for the production of white wines with moderate alcohol contents that are smooth, balanced, fresh and aromatic.
